Microsoft Browser Issue

Please note: This problem only effects Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6, and not versions 4, 5 or Netscape browsers.

 

Basket Empty?

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, you may be experiencing difficulties in placing an order. It has been brought to our attention that the recent Service Pack updates for this version of the browser contain a flaw that automatically restores the default settings of the "Privacy" tab. As a result, the contents of your shopping basket may be lost when you attempt to move to the secure stage of our checkout.

To solve the problem, please follow these instructions:

    • Click on the "Tools" tab (found along the top of your browser)
    • Click on the "Internet Options" link
    • Click on the "Privacy" tab
    • Set the level to "Medium" (see image below)
    • Once this setting is applied, you should be able to repeat the order process successfully
